New!Life is stressful, especially today. Whether due to family, work, school, difficult relationships, financial concerns, health issues, or other triggers, stress can seem very difficult to diffuse. Worse, not only does stress feel awful, it can lead to sleep issues, appetite problems, and ill health. In this workshop, we will learn what stress is and why we experience it. We will discuss several easy, all-natural, portable, and, most-importantly, very effective ways to deal with the stress life seems only too happy to throw our way. When you heal yourself naturally, you make yourself stronger.
