Aromatherapy is a popular holistic method using different scents to stimulate healing, relieve stress, help with disorders, and even modify behavior. When using what are considered essential oils in a variety of mediums, the body responds to those scents in a positive manner. The mind can become sharper, fewer mistakes are made while typing, and sleep can finally be achieved. This is why companies are now using calming scents in their offices and elevators; and doctor's offices are using them in their waiting rooms. $30 materials fee payable in class.
