
Tai Chi form practice is a graceful, meditative art. It is a form of moving meditation, and has many benefits including body awareness, coordination, balance and agility, as well as stress reduction and other medical benefits. Class is designed for all levels.
Students must be able to stand and move unassisted. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
NOTE: Feet may be bare, or you may wear ballet or jazz shoes; NO STREET SHOES ON DANCE FLOOR!
