Laying Down the Law

 
This primer about the law and lawsuits is for those who might be, or who are involved in, a lawsuit, those thinking of going to law school, law firm interns, young lawyers, or those who would just like to know how it all works. During the course, we will explore the development and setup of the court system, what is studied in law school, and the admission to and regulation of the practice of law. The course will explain what a lawsuit involves and what it is like, including the litigation of a hypothetical case from the time of an accident through the jury verdict.
