New!Thrifters really do find unique collectibles such as Old Master prints, china, and crystal. However, thrifting is not about finding that elusive prize, it is about so much more. This workshop provides an accessible and practical introduction to thrifting where you will learn how to navigate secondhand shopping at yard sales, thrift stores, and flea-markets like PCC’s Flea Market and the Rose Bowl Flea Market. Discussion will cover why thrifting matters, break down different sourcing tiers, and share hands-on tips for developing your own thrifting strategy. $1 materials fee payable in class.
