Sight-size method is used to find proportions and shapes, and values are explored to create likenesses. Join this hands-on workshop and learn about basic pie dough and sweet short crusts. Learn the secret to making flakey and crisp crust, how dough should feel, and why some recipes do not turn out even when closely followed.
