Reduce Stress/Increase Energy
Kundalini Yoga is a rejuvenating and relaxing combination breath and movement, from which anyone may benefit, even those who are stiff or out of shape. Using breath and simple exercises, students learn to release tension and stress while increasing energy. Course covers Yoga practice, basic meditation, philosophy, diet, and lifestyle.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing; students are required to bring their own yoga mats, water, and any other personal equipment.
