In 1995, Dr. Kataria developed Laughter Yoga, a program to improve immune response, lower blood pressure, and enhance mood. Laughter Yoga uses techniques to laugh and to breathe, designed to reduce stress. Laughter Yoga techniques is a fun-filled and enjoyable way to release stress. No mat or previous experience required. Participants sit in chairs.
