Agrippina Vaganova was born in 1879 in what is now called St. Petersburg.  A ballerina and teacher, she developed a technique and method of teaching based upon the style of the renowned Imperial Russian Ballet. Intrigued?  Join us to discover this ballet legend, and the how and why of each of her codified steps and exercises.  Once you have achieved strength and structural awareness, you will be able to move more freely and be more naturally expressive! This Russian ballet technique workshop is designed for adults with no previous dance experience. Wear comfortable, fitted clothing and ballet shoes. The instructor, Catherine Round, is certified by the Bolshoi Ballet Academy of Moscow. If you have any questions, you may email her at: catherine@croundballetworks.com.
