« back to classes page
Learn how to adapt your bidding system when the auction gets competitive! We will study preemptive opening bids, overcalls and advances, the takeout double, and more tools to use for the competitive auction. This course is up to the moment with all the tools used by tournament players to find the best contract for their side, while making it difficult for the opponents to find theirs.

Prerequisite: Bridge - Introduction or similar experience as a bridge player.

Requirements: This online course uses a combination of Zoom for presentation, with an online bridge table for practice. To participate, students need at least a microphone available for Zoom. It will be helpful to be adept at switching between Zoom and a web browser during class (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari), or have two screens available during class (for example, an iPad for Zoom, and a computer for the bridge table).

More Information: To learn more about how this course will be presented, a few instructional videos have been provided by the instructor. Click here to view his "How to Join Bridge Class Online" videos.
