Abundant research has shown that journal writing can increase an overall sense of well-being, boost self-confidence, and fortify resilience. Through a combination of lecture, class discussion, and hands-on writing activities, this course will help participants acquire a toolbox of journaling techniques to use to develop or deepen a journal writing practice for personal growth, creative expression, or strategic life management.
