Agrippina Vaganova was born in 1879 in what is now called St. Petersburg. A ballerina and teacher, she developed a technique and method of teaching based upon the style of the renowned Imperial Russian Ballet. Intrigued? Once you have achieved strength and structural awareness, you will be able to move more freely and be more naturally expressive! This Russian ballet technique workshop is designed for adults with no previous dance experience.
