Tai Chi Yang 24 short form is the foundation of this stress reducing class. In this beginner course, students will learn basic movement patterns and breathing techniques designed to enhance balance and strengthen coordination. Be prepared to move deliberately, gently, and intensively. Handouts provided by instructor to facilitate learning. No mat or previous experience required. Wear loose, comfortable clothing, and bring water to class; No street shoes on dance floor.
