Real Estate Licensing

California Real Estate Licensing Program

Real estate licensing is unique to each state, with new regulations and changes the norm. If you are thinking about earning your real estate license, consider PCC Extension and The CE Shop, a leader in the field of real estate training. California requires three courses, each comprised of 45 hours for a total of 135 hours. At the conclusion of your coursework, there is a final exam. A passing grade of 70% enables you to sit for the California licensing exam. Passing your licensing exam means you are ready to work with a sponsoring broker, and finding a broker with whom you have a fit will set you on the right track to becoming a successful California real estate agent. You also will need to file your Salesperson Licensing Application with the applicable fee. Once all requirements have been met, the California Department of Real Estate will issue your California Real Estate Salesperson License. Get started today by visiting the PCC Extension-The CE Shop website for all steps and information.

Note: PCC Extension in partnership with The CE Shop is pleased to make available online course information to consumers and real estate licensees. As the developer and presenter of these courses, all questions regarding course content or technology should be directed to The CE Shop.
